Early Life
Timothy Blank was born to parents from southeastern Wisconsin and moved to Green Bay with his family at age seven. As the second oldest of six children, he learned responsibility early, helping in the family garden and collecting stamps. A bright student, he excelled in academics throughout grade school and high school.
Beyond the classroom, Tim was a talented athlete, playing multiple sports and earning a spot on an all-tournament basketball team. His strong work ethic carried into college in Texas, where he continued to excel academically before attending law school in Virginia.
At law school, Tim graduated at the top of his class and served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. His leadership and dedication to legal scholarship set him apart, preparing him for his career.

Career
After graduating from law school in Virginia, Tim Blank began his legal career in Norfolk, working for a trial attorney and handling cases across multiple state courts. He drafted pleadings, managed motions, conducted discovery, and represented clients in jury trials. His most notable achievement was successfully bringing the Lockhart case to the Virginia Supreme Court, which established a common law cause of action for wrongful termination based on racial discrimination.
Tim later returned to Wisconsin and opened his own law practice, representing clients in criminal, family, and general legal matters. He handled court proceedings and advocated for clients in negotiations, mediations, and trials. His careful approach earned him a reputation as a dedicated attorney.
Expanding beyond law, Tim founded Sinc Media, LLC, an agency specializing in website design and digital marketing. As its leader, he set the company’s vision and managed client projects to ensure high-quality, user-friendly websites. He has since made this website with all of its offerings.
